FertiWays is a Thailand-based fertility and travel coordination service supporting international patients who are considering or planning fertility treatment in Thailand.
We help make the process easier to navigate by coordinating communication with clinics, appointments, treatment-related travel, accommodation, transportation, and other practical arrangements throughout your journey.
Our role is to support and coordinate, while all medical assessments, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and medical decisions are provided directly by licensed doctors and clinics.
You do not need to have a treatment plan before contacting us. If you are unsure where to begin, you can tell us about your situation and what you are looking for, and we can help coordinate the appropriate next step with the clinic.
Fertility Treatment Coordination
Assist with contacting clinics, scheduling appointments, requesting package information, and coordinating the details and documents needed before meeting with a doctor.
Donor-related Coordination
Assist with coordinating information about the use of donor sperm or eggs with relevant clinics or providers. Any actual procedures must comply with screening requirements, clinic policies, and applicable laws.
Inclusive Family-Building Enquiries
Families come in many forms. Whether you are planning to have a child with a partner, starting your journey independently, or are an LGBTQ+ couple, you are welcome to consult with us about treatment and services.
Hotel & Accommodation
Recommend and coordinate accommodation based on the clinic’s location, length of stay in Thailand, and preferred type of accommodation.
Flight & Travel Planning
Help plan travel dates around the schedule provided by the clinic, keeping in mind that treatment schedules may change based on the doctor’s assessment.
Transportation
Arrange airport transfers, transportation to and from clinics and hotels, and other necessary travel during your stay in Thailand.
Interpreter & Language Support
Coordinate interpreter services or language support when needed to make communication with clinics easier.
Personal Coordination
Assist with appointments, travel arrangements, and details involving multiple parties, so you don’t have to manage everything on your own.
Discuss Your Needs
Share any initial information you feel comfortable providing, such as your age, country of residence, medical history, areas of interest, or your planned travel dates to Thailand. You do not need to choose a treatment option or package before contacting us.

With your consent, our team will help gather the necessary information and contact the clinic to inquire about additional requirements, doctor consultations, and the initial steps.

Once the clinic provides preliminary information, packages, or treatment plans, our team will help summarize the details and coordinate questions to make them easier to understand. Treatment choices, test results, medication use, and treatment adjustments will be determined directly by the doctor.
Prepare for Your Journey to Thailand
Once the approximate treatment schedule is known, we can help coordinate accommodation, flights, transportation, interpreter services, and other necessary arrangements during your stay in Thailand.
Coordination Support During Your Stay in Thailand
While you are in Thailand, FertiWays can assist with coordinating appointment changes, arranging additional transportation, or communicating with multiple parties. Medical symptoms, test results, medication use, and treatment decisions will be managed directly by the doctor and clinic.
FertiWays currently supports patients by coordinating enquiries and treatment-related arrangements with GenPrime Genea Thailand.
This may include helping with initial enquiries, communication with the clinic, appointment coordination, treatment-related travel arrangements, and other practical support before and during your time in Thailand.
FertiWays operates independently and is not part of GenPrime Genea Thailand. All medical consultations, assessments, treatment recommendations, eligibility decisions, and treatment plans are provided directly by the clinic and its medical team.
